Delivery Policy
All Leather Therapy, Healing Tree, Unicorn Fibre and Andromeda Alpaca Yarns orders will be sent by Australia Post e-parcel as soon as payment has been received.
This service provides a “track and trace” facility which enables us to follow up any parcels that are misdirected or do not arrive within a reasonable time.
Delivery will be made within 5 to 10 days depending on remoteness of location.
Any consignments not received within 14 days will be initially traced and if not successful, will be resent at no charge.
All Equissentials Fine Equestrian Apparel orders will be posted direct from the USA and are expected to take 14 to 21 days.
